The Allium sativum, better known as garlic, has been used in kitchens for more than 5000 years as a seasoning in many dishes worldwide. Highly nutritious and with few calories, the Chinese garlic is naturally high in manganese, vitamin B6, Vitamin C and selenium. Traditionally used in many cuisines worldwide, garlic is an easy tastemaker, enhancing the flavours of your dishes and providing depth to your meal. Less is more. Sizes and packaging
We can offer three types of garlic to our customers: Pure white, Normal white and Snow-white to get the best match with your market. Available sizes are between 45+ and 60+. Which can be packed per net from 3 to 5 pieces or are available in boxes weighing between 5 to 10 KG. Moreover, we also have the packaging option open for poly bags weighing 25 KG, and the possibility for tailor-made packaging. For our Middle- and North- American customers, we offer the same packaging options in LBS. The weight in LBS is varying from 0.5 to 1 pound(s) in nets. We can also provide your requested custom-made packaging up to 50 LBS poly bags.
